In her role as Director, Marketing – Global Customer Success, Kelly is dedicated to helping Cisco partners use proven digital engagement practices to transform their businesses and create customers for life.

She joined Cisco in 2015 as a result of its acquisition of MaintenanceNet, Inc., a leading provider of partner-focused service revenue generation solutions. A MaintenanceNet executive since 2004, she most recently served as the company’s vice president of global marketing, working with the world’s leading manufacturers and their channel partners to expand the scope and success of their service sales initiatives.
